Below are the terms and conditions of the Cargojam Website Which outline the Basic conditions of sale. Cargojam will reserve the right to alter or refuse a sale in accordance with the law if a dispute arises.

PRICING

Cargojam will not be responsible for errors in pricing on the site.
The buyer (you) will be notified if any error in pricing occurs before the order is delivered.
All pricing on the site include 10% GST and postage within Australia only.

*Note delivery to remote areas or none standard delivery addresses may incur an extra charge.

CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS

A buyer can cancel any sale prior to dispatch usually within 48hours by email via the website and a full refund will apply, minus any cancellation fees that we (cargojam) incur.
If the order has been sent then a full refund minus any cancelation fees and excluding any shipping costs will be issued on the return of the goods within 14 days, so long as the packaging is un-opened and goods are returned undamaged and in resalable condition including any paperwork.
Cargojam does accept returns of special order or used items. Please access the item for its suitability before use.

*Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

In some cases where the product ordered is unavailable, (Cargojam) will contact the buyer in order to arrange a delivery time, refund or alternately suitable product.

WARRANTY

All products are covered by a manufactures warranty and/or Guarantee.
If any item arrives in a defective condition as a result of a manufacturers defect or fails under normal and appropriate use within the warranty period. Then please email via our website for further information.
Cargojam Pty Ltd does not reimburse for labour, incidental, injury or any other costs related to the use or installation of products under any circumstances.

FREIGHT

Freight on all items on the website has been calculated into the sale price.
Cargojam will continually do its best to serve its customers in finding the best delivery options possible.
If a special delivery is required or the delivery location requires special freight Cargojam reserves the right to add an extra shipping cost to the item price.
The buyer (you) will be notified of any price alteration prior to shipment.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused.
Please call the delivery company and report the damage and then notify us (Cargojam) via email through our website for further assistance and to arrange a replacement.
